Sports specific fitness coaching..

There is nothing like the sight of a striker spinning of the opposing defender and cutting through and scoring a goal, a rugby player cutting left then right and passing the ball to a team-mate who then steams through and scores a try.

Moments like these let a player perform these acts of skill by the element of repeatedly going over and over again those types of drills.


Competing in the sporting industry for most of my life either individually or in team, I have gained the experience and qualifications to be able to coach these players at a very high level and perform these acts of sporting excellence.
