About me
My name is Glenn Parker after having completed 5 years in the British Armed Forces. I started to coach athletes in the method of strength training. This was a career move that has resulted in a lot of personal bests for young and experienced males and females. Over the past 5 years i have used my skills to produce faster, stronger and leaner people.
I have spent a lot of time reading and studying european and american fitness journals/qualifications and speaking to other coaches in the quest to optimize training methods. I have created routines that produced results and is shown through past years with successful clientle.
